DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
I ordered sneakers from them on 4/6/2020. Ten weeks later they have still not been delivered. I have contacted the company several times and each time I'm told they are "in production". I was promised delivery and still nothing. I requested a refund and they have refused. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, a complaint with the BBB, and a complaint with the California consumer protection office. Additionally, I have filled out the form to file a complaint with the Riverside County DA's office Consumer Fraud Unit, requesting that they take legal action to stop the fraud being perpetrated by this company. I urge everyone who has been scammed out of their money to take these same steps - there is power in numbers!
Finally got my shoes since waiting since June 16. All the reviews below with five stars are FAKE! Scroll down more to see real reviews. This company has thousands of unhappy customers. My shoes literally showed up at my door on August 26 with no updated tracking or anything. Shoes are good quality and nice tho- they aren't fake. Not happy with the customer service at all and wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order on the 3rd December 2020 and I have no idea where it is. Every response I get from their customer service says something different. “We’ve been busy, it’s still in production, it’s been despatched, it’s on its way, bear with us’ the excuses are endless. I’ve asked for a full refund but they ignore that. Hard to believe that this is a legitimate company.

I was charged the day I placed my order BUT the order did NOT ship until two and a half MONTHS later. Nothing like disappointing a 12 year old for her birthday. The kicker.....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!! All correspondence is through email and you get the same generic response every time you contact them. Never Ever Again.
Great shoes! Even though it took longer than expected, it was well worth the wait! These shoes are finely made and you can tell effort was put into them! Hands down one of the best purchases for one of my kids! Can’t wait to Order a lot more! Thanks.
International customers should know that there is a big chance they're ripped off and have no chance to get their money back. We ordered from Germany and after waiting for weeks customs were not properly declared, so we had to pay additional taxes for the products. Opening the package we found that they exchanged one hoodie and put in one that is on sale and much cheaper, which we didn't want. When we reported it, they offered a 10% voucher for our next order (?). Sending back the hoodie we would have to pay ourself, since international shipping back is not covered by them and when we asked for another option we never got a response anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at least IF YOU'RE OUTSIDE THE US.

DO NOT BUY FROM ITALY. After waiting 4 months, the shoes are now blocked in customs I had to pay 20% more. They eliminate negative comments on Facebook. Positive reviews are fake. Unprofessional
